Some wear their heart on their sleeve.
I wear mine on my chest, engraved in scar tissue in the shape of a wishbone.

I wish for good health.
I wish for a restored immune system.
I wish for a mortal future with a family of my own.
I wish for a bone marrow transplant.
I wish for a miracle.
I wish for life.

I wish for blessings to be poured upon everyone
who loves me, cares for me,
and prays for a miracle for me.

Thank you!

You don't know me but I have been reading your blog since October and have checked it almost on a daily basis. First of all Clark, you can't give up. You have been through so much and are being tested more than others because you can obviously handle it. You have your whole life ahead of you and you deserve it! Second, Rhonda and Kristen you have been so good at honoring Clark with this blog. I feel like I know all of you personally and admire you all so much for your constant fight to make this happen! Third, you have all inspired me so much, realizing what is important in life. You have made a difference in my life along with many others I'm sure. I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the update that says Clark's BMT is granted and on the road to recovery. For now....I am sending my heartfelt positive thoughts and prayers your way. You are all amazing!

Hi Clark. My name is Connie and I live in Florida. As with the last post you don’t know me but I have been following your story since last October as well. My dear friend, Karla Steck asked me to pray for you. Clark, you are amazing. Your mother, sister and entire family are amazing and most importantly you have faith in an AMAZING God. Joyce Meyer (a wonderful Christian woman) once said, "I believe God has a great purpose for you and I urge you NOT to settle for anything less. He wants to bless you and give you a life that will thrill you, fulfill you and bring you deep joy and sweet satisfaction but also CHALLENGE you, STRETCH you, FRUSTRATE you at times and even lead you to moments where you are tempted to give up. He will teach you how to turn your adversities into opportunities if you allow Him to." I check your blog several times a day and can’t wait to rejoice with you and your family, albeit faraway, when we receive the wonderful news. You have inspired me so much. I have a 27 year old son and I can only imagine what your mother must be feeling. Be blessed and stay strong. Get ready for God to move! Get ready for YOUR MIRACLE! Love and Blessings, Connie G.
